Coach C specializes in team training, creating efficient programs that meet the demanding needs of young athletes today. She works with your teams to improve athletic performance through an advanced program of strength, speed, power, agility, flexibility, balance, coordination, conditioning, explosiveness, and recovery. We utilize an aggressive, enthusiastic approach to training. The programs also develop a strong mindset and increases confidence within the individual, building determination and hard work ethic through a disciplined approach. The program is based on the level of where each team is physically and skillfully, then designed to progress them toward the highest level of performance.
1) COACHABLE This means listening, understanding, and then applying the information. A great athlete is open to feedback and has a hunger to learn how to improve. We often can’t see what we are doing so value feedback from a coach to elevate your performance. 2) COMMUNICATE If something is bothering you- physically, mentally, or emotionally- let your coach know. We can’t help you out if you don’t tell us what is going on in your body or life. We are working with you, not alone. Same goes for your teammates, talk with them and encourage them through workouts. That’s how you build trust and trust is key for chemistry. 3) COMPETE Always! Competition means to bring out the best in another, so do that within yourself and with your teammates. Having that desire to be your best and battle in a game is a skill. You have to train it. It starts in training and in practice. How you do one thing is how you do everything, so bring your best to every rep. 4) CONFIDENCE You got to believe in the work that you've put in and your ability to figure things out. There is no such thing as perfect, but have faith in your work ethic and perseverance. 5) CHAMPIONSHIP MINDSET In order to win a Championship, you must see it, feel it, and believe in the work you’re doing to get there NOW! Act, Eat, Train, Practice, Walk, Talk, Sleep like a Champion. Feel it in every cell of your body, know it in your mind, and hold it in your spirit.
